Campion Willcocks is the UK's market leading provider of senior level interim Project and Programme Change Management professionals to the Financial Services industry. We are looking for an enthusiastic, articulate, professional and outgoing Resourcing Consultant to join our team for a maternity cover.
The successful candidate will work with a brief from a Client Director, identify and contact suitable candidates for placement on an interim/contract basis within change project management positions, using our established database, referrals, adverts and job boards.
The successful candidate will have experience in a delivery focussed recruitment role and ideally in one or more of the following:
Contract/interim change management
Financial services.
Additional essential skills are an excellent telephone manner and communication skills (both written and verbal), bags of energy, enthusiasm and initiative, and enjoyment of working as part of a team. This opportunity may be of particular interest to individuals who wish to move away from the sales aspect of recruitment to concentrate on delivery.
The cover will start in January until the end of 2013. It is possible but not guaranteed that the role may turn into permanent employment in 2014.
