We are seeking a highly confident and competent administrator to work part time on a fixed term contract at one of sites in Brighton.

The successful applicant will have a thorough understanding of not only all areas of administration but also producing work orders, schedule organisation and tracking and documentation control. With this in mind, it is anticipated that experience will have been gained in a technical environment - potentially from an engineering or commercial building environment. Due to the systems needed to be used in the role, applicants with this background will be at a distinct advantage.

Extensive experience of MS Word and Excel will be required, as are excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with both internal and external parties at all levels. Great customer service is at the heart of this role and experience of delivering this should be reflected in applications.

This is not an entry role and therefore candidates should demonstrate all the skills above in their application.
