Job Description:
- Looking for kronos resources on a support role (more on functional standpoint) Good customer service and interface skills
- Should have expertise in WFC Configuration and WIM. Version 6.3 is preferred but 6.2 or 6.1 is also ok
- Knowledge on Kronos reports and Advance Scheduler modules is preferred.
- This consultant is expected to be a liaison with the customer and will resolve L1, L2 and L3 type of production support tickets.
- The candidate is also expected to work with users and identify & document.
- The requirements of enhancements and translate them into functional specifications which could be used by development teams.
- The candidate is expected to set good working relationships with the customer and also act as a liaison with off shore teams.
- The candidate shall have experience in dealing with production support issues and have worked in AMS type of activities.
Position's description:
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience developing applications using Kronos 6.3.
