Central London residential developer requires ambitious and hardworking Russian Speaking Sales Negotiator. My client is a very prestigious developer who is currently looking for a new member to join their team on an ongoing contract basis.

Property experience is a must as my client are responsible for building some of the most exclusive projects in London with prices ranging from £800k for a studio apartment; rising up to £10's of millions for floorplates and combined apartments.

The successful candidate will have property and sales experience and have the ability to adapt to new challenges.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for tidy well maintained site, show unit and sales area (monitoring condition of stock units).
  • Qualifying and establishing rapport with prospective purchasers and demonstrating the product in accordance with client's requirements.
  • Overcoming any objections raised in the course of the sale. Following progress of sale via purchaser and purchases solicitor (where acceptable) and advising purchaser on dealing with obstacles (finance, etc.) and reporting to Sales Manager.
  • Maintaining records of all visitors/enquiries to the sales office and following up regularly.
  • Providing all paperwork relating to visitors, market analysis, reservations including accurate log of progress from reservation to exchange with dates of all telephone calls and visits.
  • Providing information and positive aspect of the development for surveyors in order to influence judgement for valuation purposes.
  • Maintaining sound local knowledge combined with awareness of competitor activity in the area and providing any market analysis available.
  • Providing a driving force in creating good working conditions between site sales and on site construction personal instilling an awareness that each is dependent on the other.
  • Monitoring condition of stock units.

The ability to speak Farsi, Arabic, Cantonese or Chinese would be a great advantage but not essential.
