AndersElite is part of the CDI Corporation, a $1.3 billion public company and one of the world's largest staffing and outsourcing providers. Our Leeds Office is currently looking to expand its already successful team with the addition of a Candidate Manager.
This position offers full training on one of our best billing desks. You will be based in the Centre of Leeds working with multi million pound companies in London. We are looking for people that work well under pressure, are quick learners and come from a sales/recruitment background
Duties
Resourcing of candidates and staff for positions
Manage resources on existing construction contracts.
Maintain and update candidate database.
Client discussion/negotiation
Experience/Knowledge:
Construction Resourcing experience (ideal).
Resource Management.
Good IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good clear telephone manner.
Self motivated and organised individual.
Some knowledge of Construction Procedures and Standards (beneficial)
Ideally we are looking for someone who wants a long term career in construction recruitment.
