Ihre Aufgaben:
- Leading and executing strategies and tactics to obtain the best value, quality and compliance from a range of external commercial service providers
- Managing the sourcing and contracting of external agencies and suppliers by executing or facilitating the sourcing phase of procurement strategies from selection to awarding of contracts
- Leading and managing key departmental business processes (e.g. performance evaluations, annual benchmark reporting, new agency selection, agency roster program management, supplier relationship management programs, etc.)
- Continually seeking, recommending and implementing opportunities to improve the effective and efficient use of external suppliers
Ihre Qualifikation
- University degree is required, MBA is preferred
- A procurement / supply management qualification is desirable
- Profound experience in procurement, preferably in the procurement and sourcing of services
- Have worked in, and have a understanding of, a cross-functional/multi-cultural environment
- Comfortable with working together with and influencing senior management
- Led and managed small to medium-sized teams with diverse backgrounds
- Have managed multiple tasks and priorities
- Budget management and financial experience
- Working experience in the pharmaceutical or a related industry is an asset
