SQL Server Data Warehouse BI Developer - BankingA fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Investment Banking SQL Server Data Warehouse Developer with a competent level of Business Intelligence experience. This position is for a top performing Investment Bank based in the city ofLondon.
You will be responsible for developing the current Data warehouse and expanding this data warehouse to incorporate a number of new data feeds, therefore there will be a heavy dependence on SSIS and the ETL part of the data warehouse. You will be working on one of the latest versions of SQL Server and working with a highly transactional, high volume data warehouse.
A successful Data Warehouse Developer will be responsible for the initial design, development, testing, implementation and post-implementation of the data warehouse
They will be developing and supporting Finance analytical and reporting IT applications.
They will be focused on the data warehouse, BI and reporting systems and tools.
They will be working closely with business analysts to ensure functional and technical designs meet technical requirements.
Carrying out solution Architecture to deliver optimal technical solutions to define the strategic direction of the team.
The majority of work will be carried out using SQL Server and SSIS.
