Job Responsibilities: Running on-demand reports from ADDM Consult on the creation of custom report dashboards in ADDM Train end-users to create their own reports in ADDM Create TPL scripts that will turn discovered software packages into Software Instances Create TPL scripts that will take a process running on a server and turn it into a Software Instance
Job Requirements: Basic Knowledge o Network subnets o Server hardware o Server software o Server OS o General programming o Software installation practices o Oral and written communication o Excel Desired o BMC ADDM experience (8.2 or above) AND/OR o Tideway Foundation experience (up to 8.1) o Knowledge of ITSM principles o CMDB experience o SQL programming knowledge o Regular Expression knowledge o Server process and service knowledge

This is a request to hire an agency resource to replace the current and only support FTE to Atrium Discovery and Dependency Mapping (ADDM). The new resource will need to be found before current occupant's move in December 2012 to allow transition and provide uninterrupted support to ADDM, detecting the infrastructure equipment, Servers and network devices, and working with the business owner of the application to define the dependency in CMDB. This will enable the CMDB, the discoverable piece of Asset Management toll be to built up, and also provide the safe source of infrastructure and CIs for the service modelling of the Mach 1 process. Analyst will be responsible for creating various reports in Atrium Discovery and Dependency Mapping (ADDM), directing end-users to create their own reports in ADDM, and creating TPL scripts to enhance the number and types of software discovered by ADDM.
