Senior Project Coordinator
An exciting, dynamic major Media company is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator for an initial 3 month contract. Working on a large transformation project upgrading a media booking system this role is an immediate start.
Suitable candidates must have at least 6 years commercial work experience and have at least 4 years Project Coordination experience gained supporting ICT projects (preferably involved with large Media/Online/TV booking systems ) and be able to display solid hands on experience of the following:
Key Responsibilities & Activities:
Overall responsibility for Transformation project processes
-Handle changes to information
-Generating reports for validation
-Handling queries on data and escalating exceptions
-Update and distribute reviews
Maintenance of Project Management database
-Update project status and overall data
-Ensuring that all information is up to date and consistent
-Collate and report feedback
Assist with administration
-Update project e-mail lists
-Maintain project Distribution lists (outlook)
-Print information required for Project meetings
-Exec report printing & binding
Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Tertiary qualification is desirable
- Excellent Understanding of SDLC
- Understanding of PMO, Project Management fundamentals
- Demonstrated experience working in a large program/project management office
- Excellent presentation and written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated experience with the MS Office suite including Powerpoint, Excel, Project and/or Visio
- Excellent interpersonal skills and positive attitude (Essential)
- Prince2 desirable
Media/Online/TV booking systems experience highly regarded
