My large media company is looking for a Business Analyst for a contract role based in Sydney CBD. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to further their career with a market leading company. This position will be starting out for 3 months full time and will then go part time for the following 3 months
To be eligible for this position you must have experience in the following:
Must have experience:
-Media experience
-Change Management experience
-Training exposure
-Conduct a training gap analysis/perform training sessions
-Recognize training needs/create training materials
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Business process mapping and re-engineering
-Elicit and document reporting requirements
-Change Management
-Development of communication plans
-Development of change communications
-Work closely with the Program Change Manager
