Portland Resourcing is currently seeking an SAP Change Manager for a major global end user organization. This is an initial 12 month contract based in Singapore.

My client is a leader within their industry and will be undergoing a large scale multi-country APAC SAP Integration Program

They are looking for an experienced SAP Change Manager who comes from a strong business orientated background.

Responsibilities Include;
1.Working in partnership with the Project Managers. The Change Manager's focus is to get project deliverables including by-products accepted and adopted by the organization
2.Create a total change management strategy, plan and planning based on all findings so far, that is aligned with the total project strategy, plan and planning
3.Identify any potential project risks with focus on people and anticipated points of resistance.
4.Facilitate, coach and guide stakeholders, including Management and Business Process Owners
5.Support project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans and deliverables,
6.Conduct change analysis workshops with the project team in order to identify factual changes.

Qualifications
1.At least 10 years of work experience in IT industry.
2.At least 7 years of experience in SAP implementation.
3.At least 7 years of Change Management experience.
