- Knowledge of WAS, PORTAL, Webseal
- General administration
- Incident management
- Change and Release management
WAS - WebSphere Application Server
- Knowledge of Apache Webseal, content management systems
- Communicate with Webserver teams, UNIX/Linux teams, Peoplesoft competence center
- Involved in onshore-offshore model
- Coordinate troubleshooting between on site and offshore.
- Language skills - English (Mandatory) + Dutch/French (desirable, but not mandatory)
