Interim Compliance Director, CF10, Compliance Oversight, FSA, Compliance Risks, Group Compliance Officer, SUP/SYSC
My Banking Client is looking for a Compliance Director to exercise effective compliance oversight, along with representing the compliance oversight function at committees and to regulatory authorities.
The roleholder will be responsible for the oversight of all legal and regulatory compliance risks as well as acting as the Group Compliance Officer.
Strong knowledge and understanding of CF10 is therefore required, as is the understanding of FSA handbooks (SUP and SYSC).
The roleholder will also have to exercise oversight across all category 1 risks along with producing and delivering an annual compliance review plan.
The ability to maintain strong working relationships is key as is vast experience in liaising and representing firms to the FSA and other regulatory authorities.
The successful candidate will have worked with and managed stakeholders at board level.
