SUMMARY:
This role within the SAP ERP Finance Solutions area is focused around the Continuous Improvement work necessary to support the global model and providing strong SAP SME support with R2R, I2P, and Banking. Additionally, this position will need to support ERP deployments and CI Projects as needed.
DESCRIPTION:
CI (Continuous Improvement) Delivery Manager Lead Role - participates and delivers Continuous Improvement enhancements; Tracks and coordinates the CI related work with the ASM group; Keeps proper communication with the Finance stakeholder group to update them on progress of the CI related quarterly releases; Participates in estimating and prioritizing the quarterly release work; Manages execution of large, cross-functional projects relating to long-term functional business requirements; Monitors, evaluates, and controls project performance using sophisticated technical expertise and project leadership skills; Monitors risks to projects; Develops solutions to complex problems through the application of ingenuity and creativity; Reflects on practice; May have regular responsibility for contributing to the estimate of operating, project or capital budgets; Responsible for stakeholder relationships: Ensures that stakeholder interests are identified and addressed; Promotes effective individual and team performance; Manages stakeholder communications; Facilitates external stakeholder participation.
Candidates MUST be able to complete a 1 year assignment. No OT, No Travel required. All work to be performed onsite in Collegeville.
