Major Health Care Provider is seeking Senior Level Quality Assurance Programming Analyst for Identity & Access Management with one of the country's largest IT organizations. Recently named one of "the world's most respected companies" by the Financial Times, client has 150,000 employees and serves over 8 million members. 

The Senior Programming Analyst will work on the Quality Assurance team in the Identity and Access Management department which is responsible for user account provisioning activities for over 200 different enterprise applications (RACF Mainframe, Active Directory, Lotus Notes, UNIX, RAS, etc) used by more than 150,000 users. Your primary focus will be to develop and execute both manual test scripts and automated test scripts to enter and track defects using HP's Quality Center. 

Daily Responsibilities: 
Creating test scenarios and test data for both manual and automated scripts 
Execution of both manual and automated scripts 
Tracking and managing all defects using Quality Center 
Assist in creating test plan and test summary documents 
Creation of status reports and making presentations to management and clients 
Escalating testing and project issues to team leads and management 

Required Skills: 
Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle is expected 
Experience in HP Quality Center tools including QTP for automating scripts 
Practical experience and solid understanding of the technologies/tools in Unix, Windows, SQL, Quality Center etc. 
Experience with implementation of quality assurance and testing methodologies, processes, standards, and tools 

Desired Skills: 
Identity and Access Management application experience 
Working knowledge of automation using component based architecture 
Experience in testing Windows and Unix software 
Mobile Device Testing 

Soft Skills: 
Minimum of 5 years testing web applications 
Minimum of 3 years experience in software test automation 
Strong verbal communication 
Works well in Team environment 
Results oriented 
Hands-on experience with design, development, and implementation of testing procedures; creation of test plans, test cases and scripts to support testing objectives
