*6 Month Contract*
Prestigious Enterprise Company is in need of a Cisco VOIP Wireless Engineer for a 6 month contract with the possibility of it being a contract to hire. Technologies include CISCO, Call-Center Manager 7.1 unity. This is a national firm with 700-1,000 phones. I would prefer a candidate with as much routing & switching experience as possible. Also as much of the technology listed below as possible.
Phones/Wireless Engineer
- VOiP QoS engineering, CUCM cluster, understanding of call routing logic, dial plans, dial peers, route patterns,
partitions, calling search spaces, IVR and call handler uses in Unity. Circuit troubleshooting & provisioning. PRI config. - LAN QoS, troubleshooting, remediation, best practice, security
- WAN QoS, troubleshooting, remediation, best practice, security
- Configuration of SRST/MGCP fallback
- Unity configuration, troubleshooting
- Voice and video conferencing, meet-me, DSPfarm
- Install and troubleshoot PRI, understanding of MPLS
