To put it briefly, SThree is looking for Trainee Recruitment Consultants to essentially build up a portfolio of clients through networking and cold calling. Think of this as an opportunity to work autonomously, yet with the infrastructure, training and support of a FTSE 250 listed company - you will be running "a business within a business". From day one, you will grow a database of clients, establish their recruitment needs and place suitable specialist candidates into these vacancies. The role is challenging, varied and no two days will ever be the same!
