Risk Software Product Manager - FinanceSkills: Knowledge of risk, specification writing, business analysis, stakeholder management, product ownership.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a leading financial services company who specialize in providing Risk software solutions (Microsoft technologies) to their financial clients including Investment Banks and Hedge funds.
This product manager will be responsible for steering the product development process, they will be working closely with key hedge fund and Investment Banking clients, providing them with software solutions and specifying their changes to the solutions provided. They will assist in the global pre-sales activities and be responsible for cost initiatives for improvement of delivery and implementation for their hosted and deployed solutions. They will be responsible for pushing the product strategy forward and being responsible for the overall success of the products provided.
This is a highly visible role within the business and will include a high level of interaction with internal BA's and PM's as well as being externally facing to clients, there will be the opportunity to push the business forward and have a high level of ownership over the technical software solutions provided to clients. This team look after Market Risk, Credit Risk and CVA risk as well as various other form of risk systems, therefore this individual will get the opportunity the cross train on each form of systems, allowing them to broaden their technical and business acumen.
