Description
Large Federal Government Department seeking a dedicated ICT Communications Specialist, ideally with an existing Baseline (Protected) Security Clearance.
In this role, you will be required to:
- Plan and deliver communications for a program of work
- Work closely with a number of stakeholders and team members, including a number of change professionals
- Develop communications products such as articles, web content for internal and external audiences and fact sheets
- Coordinate communications events and build on existing relationships with internal stakeholders
- Analyse the organisational communication requirements for significant change related projects
- Liaise with a range of business areas to understand and communicate the user experience of change
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies to support staff and other stakeholders in new ways of working
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- Hands on experience working with internal communications, preferably in an organisation implementing significant business and process change
- The capacity to work independently and produce high quality results in a challenging environment
- The ability to manage high workloads and accomplish goals within deadlines
