DELIVERABLES
- Assist in the development, integration and maintenance of the Service Management suite of applications running on iET Enterprise with other business process managed within our client.
- Maintain in Production the suite of iET applications that support the Service Management processes within our client.

Knowledge/Skills:
- Several years of experience in the IT service management environment.
- Knowledge of using modern methods and tools such as Java EE, C #, ASP.NET, Web services or SOA.
- Knowledge and proven experience of object-oriented software development with Java, C # and ASP.NET
- Knowledge and practical experience of databases and database design using MS-SQL Server.
- Create functional and technical concepts to support an in-house implementation of iET Enterprise Application Server.
- Ability to analyse customer requirements and translate these in to Technical solutions.
- Implementation of customer requirements
- Testing and documentation.
- Interaction with Vendor support to resolve technical issues encountered in the project.

Desirable skills:
- Advantageous experience with agile project management methodologies such as Prince2.
certification/appreciation of ITIL Foundation V3.
- Technically enthusiastic practitioner who can undertake a methodical approach to development and Application Support.
- Possess the skill of analytical thinking and ability to work in a constructive team environment.
