An Opportunity has arisen for a Property Manager to join Hydrogen Group.

The role will involve you leading discussions with senior stakeholders re-decision to refit or move current UK office accommodation. Produce, own and manage a project plan to ensure agreed outcome is delivered against time and budget. Tender, award and supervise all appropriate contracts including setting and managing KPIs and SLAs. Establish blueprint for managing properties in UK, Singapore & Sydney and potential other overseas locations.

Experience of working with IOSH, NEBOSH or BIFM is needed for this role managing the head office property in London and various overseas properties.

It is essential that you have demonstrable experience in:
- Leading the tendering process of new contracts being entered into, reviewing contractual terms and conditions prior to budget holder sign off.
- Ensuring effective management of suppliers and contractors to deliver compliance with contractual terms and conditions and enforce penalties/claw backs when required.
- Negotiation with third party landlord and tenants to ensure Firm's position is commercially represented at all times.
- Production of effective project plan to deliver all space, accommodation, re-fit, move and other property needs following a complete risk and resource analysis together influencing all stakeholders to deliver in line with time and budget.
