Voice Network Engineer/Support CISCO NOC/NMC/Call Center Munich. A Global IT Services Company requires a 2nd/3rd line Voice Network Support Engineer with experience of Call Centers and Contact Centers, VoIP, voice-mail systems, IP phones, ACD PABX, Switches, Routers, Cisco kit. You ideally will be Cisco CME/IPCCX/CPIT certified. You will tasked with strategic and tactical planning of complex voice networks, IP telephony and Contact/Call Center solutions, as well as troubleshooting and providing technical support.
