An exciting opportunity to join a large government organisation providing system and administrative support to the Finance Systems Team and to support and maintain financial systems.
Provide comprehensive support for users of the core financial system and all relevant Legacy systems. To operate the service helpdesk, logging service request/problems, provide administrative and functional support for the development and maintenance of core systems.
Ideal canddiates will have:
- 1-2 Line Service Desk experience
- Knowledge and experience of at least 1 financial system eg - CedAr, Sage, JD Edwards, Oracle, SAP
- Experience of using call login systems, preferable LANDesk or similar
- Profeciant in reporting using Excel
- Strong Customer services
