Job Description:Candidate will be on the deployment team. Responsible for tracking issues and defects. Will participate in helping users remotely or on site. Will participate in cut night activities to move work into DCOE FORCE. Travel may be required along with working evening hours as needed.
Detailed oriented, self-starter, telco background in dispatch operations, EDGE, GCAS & FORCE system knowledge would be a plus in addition to GNO, strong verbal, presentation, communication and analytical skills, PC literate, Microsoft Office knowledge including Work, Excel and PowerPoint.
