Description:Assist with the design and implementation of novel, innovative and differentiated systems.
The right candidate will have the following skills and capabilities:
Versatile programming skills including proficiency in developing with Java and JS
Strong expertise in web technologies and web services implementation experience
Familiarity with latest JEE paradigms and JEE experience.
Experience developing web applications (HTML5/JS) and using one or more JS frameworks such as Prototype.
Experience developing end-to-end solutions and leading the initial design, component realization, and integration of large, complex systems.
Expertise with Web services, SOA, including RESTful, JSON, Ajax, SOAP, WSDL principles
Leveraging application Servers such as Tomcat or equivalent
Familiarity with developing cloud-based services and use of cloud computing services such as S3/EC2, App Engine a plus
Building solutions using Hadoop/HBase, BigTable, S3, CloudFS or similar data service
Familiarity with development efforts using SCRUM or similar Agile methodologies
Bachelors degree (Computer Science preferred)
4 to 10 years of experience designing and developing Internet based software systems.
