A top-tier equity options market maker is looking for talented C# GUI developers to join and take the lead in building out their desktop algorithmic trading team. This firm only take the best of the best candidates, and is looking for this person to take an eventual leadership role. Requirements are:- Extensive C# experience at a prop trading firm
- In-depth knowledge of the underlying core Windows runtime services (Win32 sub-system, GDI & GDI+, I/O completion ports)
- TCP & UDP multicast based messaging
- Unit testing and test-driven design.
- Interest in becoming a team lead or manager
