My clients a Bank based in the City of London currently seek a Graduate Recruiter up to 32k (excellent benefits).This is a great opportunity to join this international bank, closely partner a challenging business and lead on the execution of the campus attraction strategy. Driving a seamless end to end recruitment lifecycle your key deliverables will fall across key areas:
- Summer intern programme management
- Marketing & Advertising
- University relations
- Campus strategy and Resourcing plans
- Selection , Assessment and Recruitment
- Onboarding
In addition you will play a key role in the innovation around wider Talent Acquisition projects.
The ideal candidate is likely to be an experienced in emerging talent/graduate recruitment and will have exposure working within COMPLEX GLOBAL organisations ideally within FINANCIAL SERVICES.
