Our client is a leading management consulting firm in Central London that focuses exclusively on the financial services industry. They are currently seeking an associate to join their exciting and experienced asset management team. This role is paying between £45,000 and £60,000 per annum as a basic salary. Such an opportunity will allow the candidate to build significant relationships with high calibre clients in financial services.The role will include:
*mentoring within a consulting environment
* providing reward benchmarking and consulting services toUKand International Banking organisations
* management of client relationships
The ideal candidate will have:
*experience dealing with external clients within the financial services industry or an enthusiasm to enter such an industry
*good understanding of compensation and reward structures
*project experience
*a consultancy background(preferably)
