Senior Developer/Technical Specialist, c#, .Net, CSS, Javascript, SQL, XHTML, Visual Studio
Job Role
The successful candidate will be required to work closely with an established team of highly skilled and motivated people writing c# applications for the Microsoft.NET platform. The candidate's main responsibility will be to assist in all areas of an ongoing project to deliver the second phase of development and supporting applications.
Experience
- At least 3-5+ years experience as a .net developer
- Experience working and managing a team within an Agile development environment
- Experience mentoring junior members of the team.
- Experience working in the Public Sector/Government
- Experience working for an online Search/Information Portal service
- Experience working closely with contractors/third parties
- Previous experience in Service Orientated Architecture/Public APIs
- Experience with Single Sign On/SAML 2.0 technology
- Experience with .net workflow components
- Writing Work Packages and delivering to Timescales
I am looking for candidates who have the followign Knowledge/Qualifications/training
3-5+ years C#.net and recent experience with Visual Studio , Knowledge of agile team management techniques such as Scrum, Excellent knowledge of CSS, XHTML, CSS Framworks, Javascript, Ajax, XML, DITA, SQL Server , Fast ESP/Apache Lucene/Solr, experience with Ling and Generics, webservices, and a r elevant degree/masters in computer science or equivalent experience.
