Description
SAP BASIS ADMINISTRATORIn this position you will be responsible for the overall management, architecture and performance of the SAP Basis component across the SAP system landscape.
Responsibilities:
- SAP Technical architecture definition
- Installing and maintaining SAP infrastructure and software components:
- UNIX / Oracle environment, knowledge of DB2 will be an advantage
- SAP Software installation (ECC, BW, CRM, Solution Manager, Add-on…
- SAP Software maintenance (Kernel, Support Packages, database patches…)
- System/client copy; system refresh
- SAP release upgrade
- Monitor systems performance, troubleshoot and resolve system performance issues
- Create and maintain technical documentation, define technical project plan
- Ensure adherence to policies, change management, and development standards
Requirements:
- Extensive experience with SAP Basis installation, configuration, maintenance
- Experienced with SAP tool monitoring, transport system management, incident / problem management,
- Experience with performance management in UNIX / Oracle environment within an ECC and BW environment (ABAP / Java)
- DB2 database experience will be an advantage
- Knowledge of SAP product Solution Manager, SRM, PI will be an advantage.
- Fluency in Romanian & English mandatory
