Ihre Aufgaben:
- Handling of incidents, troubleshooting and fault analysis of Backbone, MPLS Connections and Site2SiteVPN connections.
- Communication and coordination between Providers, local customer on site and 3rd level team.Information of other support organizations, e.g. SD.
- Monitor the alarm system (ESCAL Console) and automatically created tickets, but also per Call-ins byProvider or local site contacts as well as from colleagues of other areas.
- Performance - pre-analysis in case of reported performance impacts related to WAN connections,caused by high utilization, latency increases or packet loss.
- Communication to third level & provider - Participating in regular service calls together with 3rd level,provider management and Provider to keep them informed about Provider's performance and to helpensure/improve service quality.
- Monitoring of security components - eHealth, attention, daily monitoring events and alerts.
Ihre Qualifikation
- Very good knowledge in WAN Support
- Good knowledge in VPN
- Experiences in provider management
- Good communication skills
