Ihre Aufgaben:
- Medical Affairs strategic lead for a product/ products, at the Life Cycle Investment Point, which is generally the start of phase III study planning
- Strong disease specific expertise and clear business understanding to identify and address the relevant medical needs of clinical practice
- Global role based in Basel and international travel is required
- Leading an international medical team
Ihre Qualifikation
- Fluent English
- Qualified MD or equivalent
- Solid experience in hematology
- Leadership & people management skills is a plus
- Strong knowledge of the overall drug development process relevant to pharmaceutical/biotechnology organizations (Phase I – IV drug development experience)
- Experience in development and implementation of clinical trials
- Previous experience with launch drugs/indications
- Proven expertise with a wide range of data/information: scientific/clinical, legal/regulatory, etc.
- Considerable experience in the principles and techniques of data analysis, interpretation, and clinical relevance
- Experience of writing clinical publications
- Capable of establishing and maintaining leadership responsibilities in major scientific and advocacy organizations, and on national standard-setting bodies
