Description
An alternative investment firm is seeking a skilled Srum Master to join their team for a long term contract opportunity.This role is ideal if you have had previous experience as a developer and moved into the Srum master position. You will be responsible for facilitating sprint planning, participate in best practice groups and conduct release planning meetings.
Ideal background:
-Background in the financial services space
-Experience in Agile software development
-Understanding how to coach a team as opposed to manage
-Strong communication skills
-Must have either an existing or planned Scrum Master certification
