Top Tier bank in NYC looking to add a strong Core Java individual to their team that implements application VRE services on Java, C#, and .Net. This is a full time role and they're looking to hire ASAP. The right candidate must have experience in reference data, pricing, web services, Java Coherence, and Caching. You must be very strong in Core Java and have experience across the board in data processing and client servicing. Specific reference data services that you should know include: Product Static Service, Pricing Service, Price Rules Engine, and Price Workflow Engine. This is a finance related role so prior exp in Finance is a huge plus. Also, you will be expected to work in a heterogeneous environment at all layers of the technology stack (JBoss, IIS, C#, .Net, MS SQL, Tibco EMS (JMS), Coherence, etc.)Requirements:
-5+ years of experience programming in applications using J2EE specs including Java, JMS, JDBC, XML, Servlets, JTA, and Eclipse
-Hands on experience in widely used third party frameworks
-2+ years experience programming using C# and/or .Net
-Solid coding fundamentals
-Experience in enterprise level Distributed Caching
-Bachelors degree or higher in computer science or comparable field
