Mortgages Business AnalystExcellent opportunity for an experienced, hands-on Business Analyst to sit within the Mortgages team within Group Operations in a leading bank based inGloucester. The role of the Business Analyst is to lead the business; defining and shaping the projects objectives, gathering requirements and relaying these back to IT. As Business Analyst, you will support the Head of Programme Delivery in order to understand the business vision and resulting portfolio.
Sitting within the Mortgages team in Group Operations, you will simplify a large number of processes, understanding the sales servicing and the processing of the mortgage function. You must be able to demonstrate an understanding of how the mortgage function operates in a financial regulation environment and how this fits in together in regards to finance and risk. You must have experience within savings and loans and any experience within credit cards is also highly favourable. You will need to show examples of managing a number of large scale projects at one time. The Business Analyst must show strong BA skills, and any experience or knowledge within the regulatory or mandatory domain area, and some key operations understanding. Any Technical knowledge will be highly favourable, as the role involves liaising with the delivery and architecture teams. As a Mortgage Business Analyst, you will be assessing solutions.

The salary band for this role is: £40K-60K
