Description
Aim of the project is to assess the current utilisation and functionality of SystmOne across the clients West Midlands sites and provide recommendations to support standardisation. The review will look at:- SystmOne's prescribing and medication administration functionality and use.
- The range and suitability of templates used, in comparison qith national evidenced based templates. The review will consider templates across mental health, primary care and substance misuse services.
- The associated use of READ coding aligned to these templates.
- How SystmOne is used to collate, store and retrieve information by different services and the ease with which information can be collated.
- Data reporting, audit and functionality and use.
- Type and frequency of training provided across all services.
The expected outcome is for the current regional strengths and weaknesses with SytmOne usage, functionality and business processes to be clearly identified with recommendations for areas improvement to be presented.
