Description
My client is a multi-national Oil & Gas company that operates in over 80 different countries and is continuing to grow rapidly.They are looking for a Reward Consultant to support the Compensation team and Benefits Team by providing detailed reports and recommendations on Global Benchmarking and Policy review.
Working closely with high calibre clients and consultancies you will be responsible for evaluating data and providing recommendations based on Benchmarking surveys on an international scope.
This is a consultancy role that is supported by a comp & bens analyst and is integral to the global business.
The ideal candidate will have:
*Great International compensation experience
*Good understanding of compensation and reward structures
*Project experience
*A consultancy background (preferably)
*Oil & Gas Experience
