Description
A leading global financial services institution based in Singapore is looking for an experienced and highly technical eCommerce Application Support Analyst.

You will be responsible for:
- Providing Level 1/2 support to traders and Front Office staff across eCommerce (efX, FX and Rates) applications
- Troubleshoot hardware issues across Unix and Linux infrastructure
- Follow ITIL principles to troubleshoot issues within SLAs
- Work within pressurised environments to maintain applications uptime
- Maintain customer service standards through the building of relationships between technology and business counterparts
- Strive to improve processes and performance on a continual basis
In return, you must possess:
- 3-4years experience in Front Office support environments
- A strong understanding of problem management methodologies (ITIL)
- Commercial experience in troubleshooting Linux (Red Hat)/Unix issues
- Perl and/or Shell Scripting skills
- An ability to develop support tools/scripts
- A commercial knowledge of eFX, FX and Rates business activities
- Ability to communicate well at all levels
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced and pressurised team environment
