Our financial services client is currently recruiting for a Global Payments Solutions Design Lead to join their team on a contract basis, in either Glasgow or London.

The selected candidate will be responsible for all business process design activities, implementing changes to the Global Payments operating model resulting from the introduction of a Strategic Online Channel.

To be considered for this role, your CV should demonstrate:
* Financial Services experience
* Knowledge of BACS, CHAPS, Domestic and International Payments and Faster Payments Process flows and Life cycles.
* Stakeholder Management
* Excellent communication skills and an ability to build strong working relationships with a diverse range of other parties eg Business Stakeholders, IT, Industry
* The ability to challenge existing practices and approaches and drive business improvement.
* Commitment to delivering results
* Experienced in Business Process re-engineering and delivering TOM.
* Proven record of delivering significant Business change.
* Project Manager experience
