Timothy James Consulting are currently representing a new-age commercial bank that are recruiting for a Interim Head of Marketing. Specialising in savings accounts, mortgages, and specialist finance for small and medium size businesses they are a leader in their sector and a dynamic company to work for.

As the Interim Head of Marketing you will be accountable for the marketing strategy across a number of brands and products within the UK and internationally, both to existing and new customers to support the growth strategy of the business. This role will require you to manage a team across a number of UK sites and maintain full P&L responsibility.

You must have experience, from a financial services firm, in the following:
*Creation and development of a Group level marketing strategy
*Have increased market awareness through analysing competitors markets and then implemented a marketing plan
*Tracked brands and customer insight and evaluated this data
*Managed trade events on an international basis
*Delivered profitable and effective promotions for all customer types

To be considered for this role you must also have excellent internal and external stakeholder management experience and be commercially minded to ensure the marketing plans are effective at increasing brand awareness and market share. You must also be able to demonstrate your creative and innovative mind and be able to utilize this to build strategic plans.
