My client, an American Investment Bank, is looking for a Compliance Administrator to join their Compliance team in Dublin. My client is seeking a bright graduate with 1-2 years experience in either Risk or Complaince within Financial Services to join their team.

The individual will join the Compliance team with the primary area of responsibility involving the review of marketing literature to ensure adherence to the regulatory requirements of various EMEA Regulators as well as internal firm guidelines. The individual will review and approve sales and advertising literature for all offices in EMEA.

Duties include:
* To be responsible for the compliance review of advertising and sales literature.
* To serve as an expert resource, to communicate marketing compliance requirements to the business, and to keep up to date with firm/industry regulations and guidelines.
* To collaborate with the business and Compliance teams in other jurisdictions in order to evaluate current processes, identify areas for improvement, and suggest and implement solutions.
* To assist in maintaining an electronic review system that is used for reviewing and maintaining record of all material and review processes for evidential purposes.
* To gather, analyse and review management information.
* To assist in projects as required.

Skills required:
* Desktop applications eg Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
* Knowledge of asset management industry and/or regulation an advantage
* German and French language skills helpful
* Strong analytical and project management skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Practical approach to dealing with compliance matters
* Good communication and presentation skills

The candidate will need to be educated to Degree level in a relevant disciplin, eg. Law, Business etc. and will have at least 2 years experience of working within a Risk, Compliance or similar function at a financial services firm.
