JOB DESCRIPTIONDrive engagement evaluation activities: Respond to Request for Proposals and Requests for Quotations. Conduct engagement scoping, engaging prospective clients to fully understand their exact technical and service requirements. Provide technical appraisal and presentation of client needs and potential solutions. Conduct engagement planning, including defining time and material resources required
Lead engagements or lead project work-streams on large engagements: Manage programmes and projects to deliver engagement objectives on time, within budget and to the specified quality that are capable of meeting desired business outcomes. Take overall responsibility for project budgets and resources in order to achieve acceptable level of risk and return. Monitor and ensure the achievement of project milestones and obtain sign-offs. Ensure project documentation is developed and updated regularly. Engage stakeholders in the client organisation, mitigate risks and provide periodic progress reports
Manage strategic partnerships with key decision makers in client organizations and ensure expectations are met: Full responsibility for revenue collections. Resolve technical issues within own area of expertise. Maintain deep solution competence and act as a subject matter expert within own functional specification. Design systems improvements and extensions. Mentor and transfer solution knowledge to other team members

Generic Skills
Strong relationship management skills & Expertise with work productivity tools
Technical skills, knowledge and experience
Knowledge and Experience in Software Project Management, Deep knowledge of the SAP methodologies and tools
Education
Bachelor’s degree
Work Experience
5 years experience in a Consulting environment, at least 3 of which must have been spent managing complex projects. Experience developing and presenting business solutions to clients
Any special requirements of the job
Must be eligible to work in Nigeria and willing to travel
