Senior Developer, Java, J2EE, Oracle - My client a premiere software house are currently seeking a Senior Developer to join their existing development team of over 50 Developers.
The ideal candidate needs to have extensive experience with Enterprise Edition development is a must have. Candidates will ideally have a very strong understanding with multi-tier systems, in particular comfortable with backend databases (Oracle). This role will work in tandem with the Project/Programme managers and development managers to ensure that development projects are completed on time to the highest possible quality. Your role will also include hands on coding, guiding junior developers, input to the team management and elements of team leading; you will also be given the opportunity to suggest new directions in line with business requirements. This role comes with the potential for extension also.
My client are ideally are looking for a very technical strong developer with the following criteria:
Background:
- Team Leadership
- Worked as a Senior Developer (2+ Years)
- Code reviews
- Experience working with 'off the shelf' applications
- Solid Development background (At least 5 years) in Java
- Consultancy experience (preferred)

Rate: £300-£350
