- As the Senior Business Analyst Leader/ Manager Internet/ online Banking, you will be:-
- Leading design
- Understanding your customer experience of how customers will use Internet/ online Banking
- Become an SME within Internet/ online Banking and other digital forums including mobile and contactless technology.

Requirements
- Strong Business Analyst experience
- Strong understanding of how customers interact with an interface- whether this is from an online retailers, gambling/ spread betting, or another online banking system, and the desire to apply this on a larger scale
