Key words- Project Manager, regulatory change, Volcker, Business and technology change, Investment Banking. Tier 1 investment banking client is looking to hire a Senior and hands-on Project Manager (who is happy to carry out Business Analysis duties as required) to carry out a current state analysis around the business operating model and technical environment in relation to the Volcker regulations globally for the investment bank. You will work on the delivery plan globally. Throughout 2013 you will deliver change to the business model and technical environment, specifically in relation to the Covered Funds' side of the regulation. The role is based in New York, but has a global impact and responsibility. You do not need to be an expert in either regulatory projects or specifically Volcker, because they have SME's and legal teams who are already on site. However, you will need to understand and have worked on projects/programmes of work related to the trade life cycle ie you should be able to sit in front of heads of trading and the COO function to advise on the delivery of change. It is likely you will have 10+ years of change delivery experience and you will have been working in the Investment Banking sector in the last few years.
