Scrum Master/Coach/Consultant, Brussels

An exciting opportunity is currently available in Brussels for an English speaking Scrum Master/Coach/Consultant. This position is located in the Public Sector through an IT Service Provider

Tasks:

• Scrum coaching to team
• Introduce team to metholology, ceremonies, concepts and deliverables.
• Act as scrum master
• Assist the Product Owner in defining his product vision

Specific requirements:

• A relevant University degree.
• 12+ years of relevant experience with business analysis, requirements managements, BPMN and as Scrum coach, Scrum master and/or product owner or equivalent.
• Very good knowledge of:
• Scrum or other agile methodology
• Business analysis methodology
• Analysis of requirements and design of IT systems
• IT needs analysis
• Good knowledge of security and confidentiality issues

Language requirements:

• Fluent English (oral/written)

This position is offered as a freelance contract initially lasting approximately 6 months. Extensions are likely thereafter. It is ideally full-time, but a 4-day-week contract is also possible.
