Role: IS Finance Manager
Type: Contract
Location: London, Westminster
Duration: 6 months

Our Public Sector client is eagerly seeking an experienced IS Finance Manager to develop a new, cost-effective savings model for their IS function.
You will: analyse data, work with IS specialists, engage with external stakeholders establish a suitable framework and apply strategic planning.
The successful candidate must be/have:
-A qualified member of a CCAB or CIMA body
-Proven experience of Financial Management
-Experience in Project Accounting
-Highly analytical
-Possess managerial experience and leadership qualities
-The ability to influence others
-Proficient in the use of Excel (to perform extensive modelling)
Desirable competencies include:
-Supporting your team and colleagues through changes & explain the rationale for change and the benefits.
-The ability to proactively test the effectiveness of new processes
*Public sector health experience is highly desirable
