Retail Banking - Change Acceptance Manager
This is a business change focused role not a technical position.
The role requires a Change Acceptance Manager to work closely within P.P.I Operations, helping define, design, build and deliver effective practical solutions to improve existing processes. The successful candidate will work closely with other departments of the wider team to ensure full engagement with the internal customer at every stage of the change journey.
- Supports the change acceptance of the organisations change initiatives which can be individual or several multi-million pound projects/programme or portfolios across circa 27000 colleagues and 1700 locations
- Supports the Accountable Executive at key Board meetings
- The job holder will be a primary stakeholder manager across multiple areas within Retail Banking including product, technology, operations, risk, channels, finance and governance areas.
The ideal candidate must have previously;
* Proven track record in change acceptance and or quality management with Embedded governance
* Hold the required level of accreditation (or equivalent) in the Groups mandated change methods and tools (ie Prince 2)
* High degree of organisational awareness (how to get things done)
* Has experience of working in operational environments and management or leadership of service to customers
