Software Test Automation Engineer
6 months Contract (plus extension) - Dublin City Centre - €300-€350 per day all inclusive - Start ASAP

COMPANY - The hiring company is an exciting high-growth, dynamic young technology company selling innovative solutions to the Global Financial Markets. The company is looking to expand its test engineering team which is responsible for ensuring
the quality of its high performance, Real Time analysis products, utilising the latest software and hardware technologies. This team delivers innovative, automated testing solutions to verify the accuracy, performance, functionality, stress, resilience and use case validation of the company's products.

APPLICANT - The successful applicant will have 3+ years of recent test automation experience
with Enterprise products.

QUALIFICATION: Third Level Computer Science or Computer Engineering Degree.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Experience in writing automated test suites for web applications (JavaScript, HTML, Adobe FLEX, XML) using Selenium and RIATest.
Experienced with Python and Perl Scripting languages.
Detailed understanding of testing methodologies
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Excellent verbal and written English-language communication skills.

DESIRABLE SKILLS:
Detailed knowledge of Linux/Unix
Good working knowledge of IP Networking protocols and systems.
Experience gained in testing applications/systems in a capital markets networking environment.
