German Technical Support & Customer Service Agent

Job Description:
Provide technical support and excellent customer service to all customers within a given timeframe.

Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to customers via telephone, e-mail, chat etc.
• Identify, evaluate and prioritise customers problems and complaints
• Participate in departmental training activities including training programs in support of new technologies, procedures, and customer service enhancements
• Recognise when a problem or query should be transferred or escalated to another department, supervisor or manager
• Enter, update, retrieve and maintain all customer information
• Take personal ownership of every customer until their problem is resolved and they are happy.

Required Skills:
• Fluent German
• Fluent English – Both Written and Oral
• Excellent PC skills
• Excellent communication, listening and time management skills
• Ability to use own initiative and work under pressure to achieve deadlines and targets

Professional Experience:
• Previous call centre experience

Salary:
• €23,000 per annum
• Salary after tax €1,700 per month
